How we Decorate apparel with your logo
Branding your image on clothing is pretty straightforward. The logo file you supply must be high resolution and in the correct cooor space for the decoration method. (RGB for embroidery, and CMYK for screen printing and Heat Seal). Call for specific details and questions on your particular file type.
Embroidery
The art of working raised and ornamental designs in threads of silk, cotton, gold, silver, or other material, upon any woven fabric, leather, paper, etc., with a needle.
Modern embroidery machines can do thoursands of stitches in minutes creating a beautiful representation of your company logo that will last the entire life of the garment. This decoration process can cost more than screen printing, but minimums are lower and the look and feel is truly luxurious.
Screen printing
Screen printing is a garment decroation process that applies permanent ink pushed through a screen that is then heat cured. It is less expensive for larger quantities, is very durable, and can enhance your corporate image. Since only 1 color per screen can be printed at a time, multiple colors are achieved using multiple screens.
Heat Seal
The Heat Seal is a new digital decoration method where full color logos are digitally printed with high detail and then fused to the garment. Creative locations, quick turnaround and complex detail are the advantages of this process.
